Agents of Mystery

"I love this kind of show. I need to try to find more like it! Premise: 6 agents investigate strange phenomena, possibly supernatural. Top secret missions! The 6 agents are made up of famous Korean personalities: 2 comedians, 2 actors, 2 singers, with 1 male and 1 female each. No one is eliminated. They are to work together to solve the mysteries and save any of the victims they can. Everyone is friendly and helpful with each other, making this another happy Korean show. 🩵 There are six episodes in the season, about an hour each. The first three episodes are all their first mission. The last three episodes are their second mission. They are given instructions by an anonymous voice modulated person. Then they go into a teleportation chamber that looks much like an advanced elevator. The chamber can teleport them to anyplace in the world. They take with them 2-way communicators and a camera to take pictures of evidence. Once at the location, they have 6 hours to solve the mystery. They must be back and in the chamber before the 6 hours is up or they will be left behind and face consequences such as dematerialization. The first mission is called The Followers of the Evil One and takes place in an abandoned factory. The second mission is called The Deep Sea Mystery and takes place in a submarine. The length that was gone to create these realistic places and effects is pretty amazing. The agents do a good job of staying in the story once they get started, so it feels fairly real. They do laugh sometimes and have great comradery with each other, which also makes the show very pleasant, even though some serious events are taking place. The other actors who have roles in the missions also do a great job of staying in character and are really good actors, my favorite being the dog in the first mission. I've never participated in a locked room mystery before, but this is much like what I expect they are like. It's fun and exciting and I highly recommend it!!!"

"If you're looking for another show like Netflix's Busted this is the show for you! A group of South Korean celebrities and personalities work through intense plot driven puzzles and scenarios within a 5 hour time limit. The stakes in the 2 scenarios (over 6 episodes) were incredibly intense and had me at the edge of my seat, talking to my TV. I hope to see more shows like this in the future. "
