Don’t get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE “Blazing Saddles” and “Young Frankenstein”, but this is his greatest achievement. Kenneth Mars gives an unparalleled comic performance as the crazed author and “ex”-Nazi.

Scott McElhaneyI don’t usually like “modern westerns”, but Outer Range is different. Oh boy, is it different! Is it a drama? A mystery? Science fiction? Yes. Yes, it is. Combined with a twisted humor that reminds one of David Lynch.

Scott McElhaneyPagan ritual horror in a rural environment. I can’t recommend it enough! Vastly superior to „Midsommar“, and don’t even bother with the 2006 remake. If at all possible, watch the 102m restorededition, which is much better than the 87m version.
