Odessa BaltenspergerThe Hunger Games are EVERYTHING TO ME. I’ve always been a Dystopian Future Novel girly, and this series was the IT series. Although it has accurately reflected what the United States is slowly becoming (through the Capitol), I think it also does such an wonderful job of highlighting the terrifying things people will do to survive and the consequences of loving someone so dearly; ie: Katniss love for Prim, Peeta, and Finnick all sting in the end.
