Cassie FlahertyAbout 100 pages in I was hooked. It may have put me in a reading slump, but I don’t care. I love that I wasn’t able to predict what was going to happen like I usually can. Be sure to have enough time to read the 500 pages, or you’re going to be suffering between every time you can’t be reading it.
Cassie FlahertyThis book started my love for reading. At first I was skeptical about liking the book because it took more than 2 chapters to get going (why was I so pickey). I pushed through the start and suddenly found myself unable to put the book down because I had to know what would happen to my favorite character Toby. The ending blew my mind by telling me how cruel some people can be and how wonderful others could be even when there is a large price to pay.
Cassie FlahertyIt’s a very well written book and you can tell from the start that things are doomed but you read and hope that maybe it won’t turn out that way. Anyways I cried when I planned not to, and though the author is cruel for making us readers suffer through that, I would read it a thousand times more.
