Melissa Green I’d push through it before I read the Zombie version.

Joanne Collison Keep reading. So much has to be introduced at the start for everything to come together.

rungemaille There’s some great audiobook versions that can enhance your reading experience, maybe? You could try reading along to one of them and see if that makes it more fun. This being said, if you just can’t get into it, there’s no reason not to move on to something you’ll enjoy better!

Payton Duecker At first I thought of it as a school book, but when I really started to read it I enjoyed it so much. Such a great book. You should definitely give it a chance.

Sarah Ortinau It’s sooo funny, there’s soo much wit and banter and shade being thrown, once I picked that up I adored it.

Adrianna I agree about trying the audiobook- classics from this era were meant to be read aloud and they can be more enjoyable and digestible this way! On the free app LibriVox, my favourite version is read by the Narrator Elizabeth Klett

Tori 🤍 I definitely agree with this 100%. Also, just good old fashioned reading it out loud works. I love just reading it like that from time to time :)

Maddie Knight! I had the same problem until I watched a little bit of the movie, it helps clarify the plot.

Becky Wolt So the thing is with Jane Austen is that she is very witty. If you don't get her humor it will go over your head. Keep a sharp eye and you'll notice everything is connected and the beauty of Jane's darling book
