"This was a good read! But…. To be honest it felt very rushed. To me the characters didn’t feel like they had any time to fall in love. I could definitely tell the author felt the same with how much denial she wrote into the character’s dialogue but it still didn’t help that any chance the characters got they were giving each other puppy love. I also felt like Thanes husband was an excuse for the author to try and prove to us that Thane didn’t like Catalina. One last thing I didn’t really like the real world references that weren’t even smoothly or subtly incorporated into the story. It really sucked me out of the story and made me have to put the book down once or twice and encourage myself back into reading. BUT even though this review seems negative I am in no way bashing this author; even with these little things I was still able to sit and binge read the book in 2-3 days. I over all enjoyed it I just wish that the author would have given herself more time to actually write out the characters interacting and falling in love :))"
