"Honestly, this took me longer to read than it probably should have. The first 200 ish I got through fairly quickly - within a day. But afterwards I was just struggling to get through last 100 pages because I felt it got repetitive, and I was bored. I read 2 other books in between my break from this one lol. The plot just was not all that interesting to me. I think the most exciting part was when she lost her virginity, and even then that fell short for me. I expected something better based on the build up they had leading up to it, but I digress. Keep in mind, I definitely lean more towards the fantasy and action/adventure genre and tried to get out of my comfort zone with this one, so maybe that’s why I feel this way. I gave it 3 stars because I enjoyed the authors writing, and I did love Connor and Rose’s relationship. "
"Despite what some may say, I loved this book! Connor and Rose are definitely a very different couple from Lily and Lo. This book did not contain as much dramatics or plot twists as the previous three books, but their relationship is just as precious! I love Rose and Connor together and I cannot wait to see what their next book together has in store for us readers! Great read, would definitely recommend the entire series!"
"You’d think a story centred around the virginal sister might be boring, and I’ll admit that I worried that myself a bit before I got started, as I loved the endlessly sexual nature of the Addicted series. Moments later Connor was jerking his cock in the shower, Rose walked in, and I knew I needn’t fret."

"I knew it would be good. I even knew I would love it. I was not prepared for Mr. Richard Connor Cobalt.
He could run over me with his limo and I would thank him! This book exceeded my expectations and they were high!! Him and Rose hold such a special place in my heart. This series just keeps getting better! I am in love with these people!!!!"
"i have loved connor since he was first introduced & this ruined it for me . he just gave me the ick one too many times . first , rose is obviously not comfortable with giving her virginity , but he pushes her because he "knows she's ready" and is convinced she just doesn't know it yet . and she needs help getting there . and his motivation to get there spikes with scott trying to flirt his way in . rose deserves better .

and then the turn around for her to be ready had no build up . and she goes from not ready to multiple rounds in one night ? be for reallll .

and then nothing really happens ??? it was honestly just boring - to the point i didn't pick it back up for about a month . the banter between everyone was great here and there but the book was quite literally just a filler .

and then at the end , their parents are suddenly okay with loren and lily getting married on their own time and sooo happy connor and rose are getting married when the mom has hated him for months now and wanted rose with scott . but she figures out scott is bad and just because connor is better , she likes him .

it's all just so unrealistic . unrealistic & boring .

i LOVED the first two books (from the addicted series). but the third and now this one have gotten increasingly disappointing . im going to keep reading because i did buy the full set on kindle & i do love the characters - as written in previous books . but if this were the first , i would never read the rest of the series . i just really hope it gets better ."
"5 Stars ⭐️

“Kiss the sky with me, don’t ever come down.”

I HAVE NO WORDS. This book was probably my most anticipated read so far and it has blown away my expectations. Rose and Connor are everything!! Like they seduce each other in French! This book is just immaculate!!"
"This book RAISED MY BLOOD PRESSURE. Scott needs to get exactly what he deserves, and I don’t care how it happens. It was really great getting to see Connor and Roses perspective. I even managed to get on board with the Ryke and Daisy ship, although I wish it didn’t start from back when she was 15. Anyway, age is less significant than maturity, according to Connor, and unsurprisingly I’m inclined to agree with him. Though I really really wish sexualization and the sex stuff with a minor wasn’t happening. This book was also reaaaaally testing my patience with pregnancy inducing sex and Lily and Lo possibly getting married. Those kinds of things usually send me running, but I’m way too attached to the characters to run now. I really miss Lily and Lo tho"
