"Basically a sequel to the really good 2018 movie of the same name and a lot of the same characters/actors. Super good. Every so often they break into song and dance, which is awesome. But what it’s really about is the constant, daily, major drama and abuse those that are brought up in the hood disproportionally go through but still are strong enough to not only survive but thrive. Slept on this way too long. "

"This show is soooo underrated! Don’t believe the reviews. It’s great! the storyline is immensely simple but that doesn’t take away from the show itself. The characters are all loveable in their own ways. Definitely not into musicals but I love how they added the dancing to portray the emotions within the show! (and when i say dancing it’s more of R&B, breakdancing for a minute or less) Hopefully they do another season! 8/10"
