"A prequel in name only to 2019’s Furie, a pretty average Taken type action movie notable for it being a mother/daughter instead and the several good fight scenes near the end. The star of that one directs here and plays a women’s avenger by recruiting a Charlie’s Angel’s team of PTSD stricken assassins. It tries too hard to be hip and cool, and the numerous scenes depicting brutal sexual assaults are off putting. However, the cast is really good and the bloody action top notch. "
