A group of six tourists looking to go off the beaten path, hire an 'extreme tour guide' who, ignoring warnings, takes them into the city of Pripyat, the former home to the workers of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor, but now a deserted town since the disaster more than 25 years earlier. After a brief exploration of the abandoned city, the group members find themselves stranded, only to discover that they are not alone.

"SPOILERS!!! Really interesting concept, but not the best execution. I wish they had maybe designed the “monsters” differently and they weren’t just plain old regular zombies. The end also was extremely lacking IMO, I think they should’ve continued treatment and showed maybe the effects of the radiation before the girl died, I don’t know it just seems a little more interesting and less cliche, just an idea though. Other than that, pretty standard found footage movie. Slightly disappointing, regarding a million dollar budget, but you win some you lose some. Plus it’s gotta be pretty expensive to film in the actual Chernobyl so the directors get my cut of slack."

"Surprised by Jesse McCartney being in the movie just cause its super random but as a guy who was always fascinated by the Chernobyl disaster, this was an interesting watch. It has a good use of creating dread as well as it does well with slowly making the environment seem more treacherous as the movie progresses. Overall, its worth watching just to watch Jesse McCartney. He’s surprisingly believable in his role. "
"All because you waffled and listened to your brother instead of your more level headed fiancé😕"
