Gods of the Deep

"Some of these Tubi movies are hit or miss, definitely miss this one. If you have nothing else to watch or want something to fall asleep to, then ok put it on, but you've been warned. I really felt like they were trying so hard to be AVP, Prometheus, or any number of sci-fi movies where they gather a team to go explore the unknown, but it's not on par with even Syfy's original movies. It's a horrible Cthuhlu knockoff that probably has Lovecraft puking in his grave. So many plot holes completely left undone, there were a number of continuity issues that stood out, and none of the cast really had any chemistry. Some of the characters I couldn't figure out why they were even there. I did not rate this as it only deserves a half star at best. "
