Kingdom: Ashin of the North

"This is a fantastic movie with a great female lead in the same time period as The Kingdom zombie TV series. The production value is great, the storyline is solid, and the acting is very good. This movie is a prequel that fills in some of the plot for the Kingdom TV series. It is full of action, adventure, and some sorrow but absolutely worth watching."

"I wasn't sure at first what to expect of what is basically a movie set in the Kingdom universe. I was pleasantly surprised. There were some plot points I missed at first, but caught when they came back around. The twists, especially that last one, really impressed me with concept and execution, if you take my meaning. This is essentially a prequel to the series, but watching it after the series actually worked in my favor, because of story elements in the series."
