"Stomps on the gas in the first 5 minutes and feels like the best third act set-pieces from 4 or 5 different action films glued together with just enough plot to work. Clive Owen plays a Bugs Bunny/Chow Yun Fat/Wild Bill Hickok hybrid with a code of sorts and a genetic ability to hit pretty much everything he fires a gun at. Most of the rest of the cast are cliches to simply create conflict or move the story along but have enough of their own moments to work. The action composition, choreography, and editing are heart-racing, heightened by the use of fast paced rock songs from Motörhead, Mötley Crüe, Nirvana, and others. It is not too often that a film says "fvck it" and goes all in."
"I thought it was a action packed and hilarious at times. It’s like a cross between a violent video game and a live action cartoon."
