"I had waited too long to watch this movie as I know it is a cult classic in the horror community. I couldn't find it for free, or I couldn't find an uncensored version. I finally got to see it at a friend's house. I was trying to put myself in the shoes of people who had watched this for the first time back in 2009. Comparing it to the movies I have seen now is unfair.
The Human Centipede is a very gross concept of a movie. The acting is not the best but the movie makes up for it with its storyline. The practical effects are great and make you squirm. The idea of the centipede is disgusting as well as disturbing. If you are someone who does not like surgical horror then I reccomend not seeing this movie. Besides the acting, my only complaint is that the main characters aren't the brightest. I would have liked to see them be less dizzy when it came to survival mode time, but oh well. Overall I think people should see this movie one time just to say they have watched it! "
