"This movie really helped cement the superhero genre as legitimate. Who would have thought that Hugh Jackman would be playing the role of Wolverine for two decades? This really is a great action film. The cast is excellent, and there was room for at least a few character background stories. "
"I loved this movie growing up and it was my first real exposure to anything superhero related and I thought it was so cool. I wanted to be a mutant so bad. I still think it’s one of the best super hero movies, it feels more gritty and less polished then what is being made now and I really appreciate that about it. I like they way everything is introduced in this movie powers, characters and world it’s super fun! Also I have a soft spot for the villains in the movie as well and are some of my personal favorite put to screen. That’s all I really have to say it just a really good introduction to a really cool idea."
"Seen this again for the first time in years, this was a decent adaptation of the comic to movie. Seems like it focus more on Rogue and Wolverine, but other Characters has a good screen time also. Hugh Jackman looked the part as Wolverine, he was born to play him. Story is so-so, don't think there's much plot all. Just decided to watch this with all the X-Men craze right now, with Deadpool/Wolverine and XMen '97."
"A solid film with strong performances."
