"I am giving this nearly boring and not very well acted film only two stars because I liked seeing Bela Lugosi and Tor Johnson (of Plan 9 from Outer Space) in another movie together. As much as I adore Bela Lugosi films, this film about a mad scientist 🥼 who experiments on people to make a race of strongmen was uninspired even for a B Class thriller. It seemed purposefully mocking at its own lack of depth by adding silly effects of plastic monsters. There are a couple of laugh out loud moments of absurdly try-too-hard plot twists, but it was still worth watching."
