"3.5⭐️ This was interesting after watching Maestro for the contrast/comparison to that film as well as Bradley Cooper’s portrayal. It was more about Bernstein’s music career than his life. His music is resplendent and I’m not sophisticated enough to have it on my permanent playlist rotation. However I can definitely appreciate it and his genius. What I found fascinating from this doc was the little that was shown about his wife, Felicia Montealegre, who in real life seemed much more fascinating and multifaceted as a person and artist than was portrayed in Maestro.
