"We all love Donnie Yen. But the fact of the matter is, though no fault of his own, he’s been in a lot of not very good movies. This action/western is one of his better ones. The plot’s thin but the thing I like about Chinese action movies is you don’t know if the next person the hero fights is going to be some schmoe, a beautiful, flying fox demon or a leaf stepping, mystical magician. "
