"In this shark tale which takes place in another small town, Dolph Lundgren is one of the main characters, so the plot is supposed to be a little more serious. He is involved in messy child custody and has trouble with gangsters. The movie is likeable as a whole, but with one exception. The main character that played Meredith, the female cop, was always extremely negative, and combative at the strangest times when reacting to other characters. I liked the rest of the cast; they seemed to work well with each other."
