"I didn’t watch the entire movie, but a speed through version of it. And man it was crazy. They got some crazy **** going on. I feel terrible for the children as they are left with their mother. They are essentially depending on her to bring them safety, financial support, and a home. SPOILER: she fails and turns her back on them. She even does something to one of her children. Apparently it’s adapted from a book, I think that would be an interesting read "

"I love this movie, I used to watch this movie all the time with my grandma as a child. As an adult I just rewatched it not too long ago. Let's just say I love it a lot more now that I understand it more. I would personally recommend this one, but I understand it's not for everyone, with that in mind don't knock it before you try it so to speak."
