"Taimak, Vanity, and Julius Carry put on a great show in this 1980's martial arts in Harlem. The film was produced by Barry Gordy of Motown Productions. This film's music is just as important as the film since MTV was at its height. Just roll with the simple plot, and see a nice tribute to Bruce Lee, as well as fairly acted movie about good fighting evil. 👍 "
"A fun and witty Love letter to Bruce Lee and many of the 70’s Karate movies. Produced by Berry Gordy it has a great soundtrack. Taimak and Vanity make for a cute couple and Julius Carry as "Sho'nuff" / The Shogun of Harlem makes for a great villain. Sleek and entertaining if you love the old karate movies this is a nostalgic must see."
"Classic movie! "
