This was a powerful story and documentary. As time goes on, there is more understanding of how science and spirituality are inseparable. The colonization, harms, and injustices suffered to the indigenous peoples are discussed in the documentary. Several members of the indigenous peoples worked with the military in an unforeseen and unusual alliance in order to find the lost children. Hearing the backstories and experiential accounts of people from all the different backgrounds was incredibly moving. The social commentary regarding people from all walks of life unifying and coming together to change the world really resonated. It’s worth the watch for so many reasons. Trigger warnings ⚠️ *** Substance use, disturbing imagery and content, graphic discussions of violence, graphic social injustice, and on. "
