Sparrows Dance

"I wanted so much to like this movie and it had great potential. But so many little details and some of the major aesthetics of it were seemingly purposefully ugly and irritating to the point that it ruined the whole movie for me. The male MC mumbled through the whole thing and I could barely understand what he was saying without the subtitles on. And their demeanor with each other was so awkward and detached. There were a couple tender moments, but not nearly enough to make up for everything else I found to be bothersome or lacking."
