Hell Ride

"This is a cool exploitation, grind house type of flick that is presented by Quentin Tarantino, so it has his stamp on it. It is written and directed by Larry Bishop who also stars in the lead role... In my opinion, Bishop wore too many hats and the movie suffers a bit from it. Someone like Mickey Rourke would have been better suited for the lead. The rest of the cast is great. Michael Madsen, Dennis Hopper, David Carradine, Vinnie Jones, and Eric Balfour all add to the gritty dynamics of the film. I wish that the movie The Bikeriders was more like this, and I wish Hell Ride was a little more like that. But overall, I enjoyed it. This movie has gained somewhat of a cult following over time. 7.5/10"
