"Meditative. Contemplative. A subtle slow burn that promotes discussion on corporate greed and the inherently incompatible goals of capitalist organizations and individuals. The hypocrisies of the “profits above all else” mentality are put on full display. The ambiguous ending worked well for me and has left me thinking about the film for days. "
"There are going to be people who are going to HATE this movie (or at the very least strongly dislike it) because they don’t get it, but I do, and I LOVE IT. I read a review that said this movie is more about the conversation you have after watching than about what was actually being told on the screen. And I loooove that because the conversation I had with my peers after was good, but the conversation I had later with myself while thinking about it more, and then again with my partner was SO GOOD. It was a story that mattered, told by characters that matter, and it prompted a satisfying discussion after. A favorite of 2024 hands down. "
