"This is an ultra violent movie with some really outstanding fight sequences. There are a bunch of inventive and original examples of brutality scattered throughout this film. The runtime is a little excessive at almost 2 and a half hours long and some of the fight sequences are wildly unrealistic, but that is forgivable. My major gripe is that there are numerous times where the antagonists could have easily killed the main character, named 13, to the extent that it seemed ridiculous. I can see it happening once, twice, or even three times but there are at least a dozen or more times that 13 was vulnerable enough to get killed and she survives yet again to kill everyone else. I know it would have been a lot shorter film but it just insults the viewers intelligence when it's blatant like that. It's an enjoyable movie for the fights and sheer brutal violence but that's about it. 7/10"

"I only read the first line of the description. It said, directed by the guy (Timo Tjahjanto) who did 2018’s The Night Comes for Us, which at that time had been the most violent martial arts/action movie I’d ever seen. I hit play immediately. This was that times 100. The realistic, brutal, gory violence is shocking. The story’s not bad. The acting is pretty good. The body count hits The Raid/John Wick levels. Top notch budget and the FX is probably the best I’ve ever seen. It also does cross too many lines, the MC’s take forever to die despite being shot and stabbed eight times and I still can’t believe how real it looked. "

"This film has a bunch of flaws… acting/over-acting, ridiculous decisions & outcomes, exaggerated characters (which can be fine if it doesn’t come off cringey), and a longer than necessary run time. But, I still kinda enjoyed it 🤷🏻‍♂️ lol. So, 2.5 stars rounded up to 3 stars on this app."
