"This is a documentary about man and nature and about the weakness and strength of both. Harry and Samantha rehab animals in the Peruvian Amazon. Then a baby Ocelot comes to them and the real journey begins. Harry is struggling with his mental health. I relate to him so much when I was that age. Time goes on and it's an up and down journey to the end. I recommend this. 👍🏻"
"🌟8/10🌟 #WILDCAT is not your typical #animal rescue #nature #documentary — it’s also a “human rescue story” & I LOVED it! 🥰 It was a bit of an emotional rollercoaster … I cried 4X!!😭, but I’m happy to say they were mostly “happy tears.”☺️ This guy really nurtured & formed emotional bonds with these #cats, & for me, being an animal-lover & a lover of nature & the outdoors, I found this to be really lovely & emotionally moving. #AnimalRescue #EmotionalRescue #PTSD #EmotionalHealing #Therapeutic #WildlifeProtection "
" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1/4 more than about the healing power of the natural world but of finding purpose and the redemptive power of saving and affirming life after the trauma of taking it through the destruction of war and occupation. And also about a young woman who learns that rescuing people isn’t the same as rescuing animal life when someone is intent on self destruction. "
"This documentary was as much about a man attempting to deal with PTSD as it was about a ocelot…if not more. Very unique story."

"A very well-put-together documentary that had no political bias, that showed the flaws of both of the main characters while showcasing the work that they do/did, and also showed that you can move forward in life after having PTSD. "

"On one level, this is a documentary about an organization trying to rescue and reintroduce ocelots and other animals back into the jungle. On another, it’s about a very troubled young man who has found purpose in life but is battling his own demons. Yet another level is the young woman who is trying to keep everything together. There is so much love and beauty shown but also the harsh realities of the jungle. Definitely not for younger viewers."
