"This is now my 4th Sophie Jordan read and I am constantly surprised by how freaking good her books are! Nora is definitely my favourite Langley sister out of the 3 as well as my favourite heroine from Sophie Jordan so far. I just related to her struggles and insecurities so much! <br/><br/>Nora is the most independent and career motivated of her sisters and it becomes very apparent from her first scene in this book that she is unwilling to follow society’s rules. She is a gifted herbalist and healer, but she has been masquerading as her since-passed father, who was the local village’s doctor. This all comes back to bite her in the butt when Constantine Sinclair arrives seeking Dr. Langley’s help, but soon finds out that not all is what it seemed in his correspondence between the two.
