"This book is essentially a two fold story. The first being about a teenage kid having a traumatic brain injury and the struggles he and his family encountered with his recovery process, and the second is his pen pal relationship with serial killers. This is the most graphic and intense true crime that I have read, and is definitely not for the faint of heart or young readers."
"2.5/5 stars

This book was really good and I really appreciated the way that Earley wrote it, however it was disturbing and difficult to read due to how graphic it was and knowing that it’s all true. Hence it being a 2.5. Some parts were good, some parts were interesting, but other parts, I just couldn’t care less about"
