"i understand her so much like…she’s so relatable which is odd considering how unusual her life circumstance are compared to mine. this actually really helped me to see what being dependent on a man is like from an outside perspective and helped me reflect on my own relationships. it’s very sad how from such a young age he is all she cared about and all she had in her life. this is making me more inspired to pursue education and a fuller life in general so i don’t end up going crazy just bc my man is busy. not judging her at all btw like i could easily be in her position right now bc i also get obsessed abt guys and wrap my whole life around them. anyways, entertaining and fast read, relatable too. "Very enthralling. It feels honest. My only wish is that there’d be more of Priscilla’s life after Elvis, but that’s just because I’m interested in her as a person."
