"The voice of the narrator was a bit inconsistent regarding how articulate he was. This wouldn't have been a big deal if the book didn't constantly stress how inarticulate he was. The story was also very predictable, but it wasn't a bad read. I got emotional at the end"

"Oh lord i dont even know what to say. Its been years since i've read this book but its such a good book. To go on this adventure with these two boys who are so unlike and watch them slowly bond. Mmmmm its so so good!! Honestly a good, simple, and fast read for those who dont have much time"
"Woah! Rollercoaster of emotions. Generally speaking, I would've never read this book as I am greatly swayed by the cover but I've been recommended this book and wanted to give it a shot. I judged this book by the cover and that's actually a great lesson this book has taught. I might make it sound boring but it's great, trust me. (If you don’t like it, you didn't hear from me but I guarantee you will.) As I said before, rollercoaster of emotions. I was giggling, on the verge of crying, awed/absolutely enlightened, mad (on the other character’s behalf), and it's really given me a new perspective on life. Also a lot of the characters are great and it’s so realistic and engaging, you just feel like you’re IN the book. Go read it!!! 😘👍👍👍"
