Casey McQuiston
The special Collector's Edition of Casey McQuiston's beloved New York Times bestselling novel, featuring illustrated endpapers, an all new Henry-POV chapter, and more! What happens when America's First Son falls in love with the Prince of Wales? When his mother became President, Alex Claremont-Diaz was promptly cast as the American equivalent of a young royal. Handsome, charismatic, genius—his image is pure millennial-marketing gold for the White House. There's only one problem: Alex has a beef with the actual prince, Henry, across the pond. And when the tabloids get hold of a photo involving an Alex-Henry altercation, U.S./British relations take a turn for the worse.Heads of family, state, and other handlers devise a plan for damage control: staging a truce between the two rivals. What at first begins as a fake, Instragramable friendship grows deeper, and more dangerous, than either Alex or Henry could have imagined. Soon Alex finds himself hurtling into a secret romance with a surprisingly unstuffy Henry that could derail the campaign and upend two nations.Casey McQuiston's Red, White & Royal Blue proves: true love isn't always diplomatic.

"i love this book and i’m so exited for the movie !!! it’s so sweet and really funny at the same time, my favorite book ever. could not stop smiling and turning the pages, no book or movie could EVER ever ever, live up to this book. (the collectors edition has little animations from scenes in the book in the front and back cover!!)
(Update: the movie sucked. Do not recommend)"
"Haven't read the collectors edition (Dear Likewise, please don't have so many duplicates of the same damn book) but the story itself is funny (I hesitate to say laugh-out-loud funny, but that's because that seems cringe to say), heartwarming, and makes me want to pump my fist in the air constantly. Alex is such a good protagonist (for writing, not always as a person) and my only complaint is limiting it to his POV took away from plots regarding other people in his family. I would have loved more insight from Nora, June, or any of the other characters. When your only complaint is you want more, you know it's good."
"I loved this book so much. It was humorous, creative, very schmexy and very 💅🏻💅🏽✨. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because of the long chapters, which made getting through the book a bit difficult. "

"I could relate to the early moments of the relationship. The end was predictable, but the buildup was executed perfectly. Loved the emails and the secret rendezvous."
