Coerced into a marriage with Hawk, Adrienne vowed to keep him at arm's length—but his sweet seduction played havoc with her resolve.A prisoner in time...She had a perfect "no" on her perfect lips for the notorious laird, but Hawk swore she would whisper his name with desire, begging for the passion he longed to ignite within her. Not even the barriers of time and space would keep him from winning her love. "Dnf the udiobook at 40% ....I don't mean to be rude but the story was so childish i couldn't continue on and still believe in the whole fairy, time travel, highlander, perfect beautiful naive characters ,i just didn't believe a true person would go through what was happening with these reactions but for a light read i think it is a good novel also the narrator is fantastic"
"Well I ended up skimming this one. My major problem was I just simply didn't connect with the heroine Adrienne. I thought she was a total bitch at times that was unnecessary. Although I do understand why she was the way she was I just couldn't take a whole book of her acting the way she did.<br/><br/>However the writing was great and I still adore and love Karen Moning. My reasons for not liking this one were purely personal.<br/><br/>"
