"I was really excited when I got this book because it seemed like such a cool concept for a story. Shape shifting people into dragons, cool! It just got a little cheesy to me when it felt like the author was going out her way to make an obvious stand against the “woman’s place.” I love a good book with a strong female lead but it became ironic seeing as the man found his soul mate and tried to force a romance, which it most likely became, seeing as the summary book jacket calls it a romance. That and the third person shifts from chapter to chapter became confusing when trying to figure out who said what. I dont like to leave books unfinished but after about 110 pages, i cut my loses. "
