"i feel like my issue with this book was the telling not showing. I didnt really feel Dante and Amara’s love - it was stated with their nice words to each other but It just didnt resonate with me. idk why. I struggled getting through this book for my lack of connection. Pretty words can only do so much, it just didn’t have the desired effect because I didn’t feel it."
