"Well, paired with my current read, there is indeed a bit of a train theme going on! But hey, it was free on Kindle Unlimited and I love Agatha Christie, so here we are. This wasn’t my favorite Poirot (solid 3.5), but that’s simply because there are many fantastic ones to choose from. I’m slowly working my way through the whole series (albeit out of order, but that’s what happens when you read number 47 first) but I’ve hovered around the first third of them lately so I’m sticking to the theme. We’ll see which one crops up on my radar next!"

"This may be one of the more memorable Poirot books for me, even though it didn't have as big of a plot twist and reveal as some of the other ones.<br/>The set-up and and the way this was narrated was engaging and the characters were interesting, which made it a much more enjoyable read for me."
