"After reading The Messenger of Fear, I was very excited to read this sequel. It was exactly what I wanted. I’m glad the story focused more on Mara and Messengers relationship, since I was particularly interested in it from the first book. It followed the same theme, but surprisingly it was still, in my opinion, just as good as the first. I wasn’t expecting the ending, but it was extremely good and left me quite emotional. If you liked The Messenger of Fear, your questions from that story will be answered in this one. "
