"I've been wanting to read this series for a while, being intrigued by both the hockey aspect (hot hockey players is always a plus) and hidden child surprise plot. It definitely turned out to be much better than what I thought it would be. I was expecting a decent, simple story, instead I got a very well written, detailed plot to pull me completely under its spell.

Loved the characters. All of them. They all have their own personality and they don't blend together, like you see in other series. I wasn't sure what to make of Georgeanne at first, but the more her story unraveled the more she wiggled into my heart. She has a great story and she's overcome a lot, especially for the time period of when she was a kid.

I'm pretty excited to read on in this series. I loved the subplots and the secondary romance and the very engaging writing style. I definitely look forward to meeting more of those hunky hockey players as well."
