"Wow what a great story! Marriage of convenience, Grayson needs moneys to fix his failing vineyard and Kira need to start over away from her controlling rich abusive father. The story was great. They both had the parent issues. Kira see good in everything ex she helped at a center, she when to Africa to help build a hospital, and she adopted a special needs puppy. Although they both are opposites they both end making the marriage work"

Because true love is not only the flower; true love is also the thorns.”</b><br/><br/>This was such a beautiful love story, it was exactly what I needed to read. The romance was perfect, I loved the characters and the plot. This book follows Grayson and Kira. Kira goes to Grayson to propose a marriage of convenience so that she can get her inheritance money. Kira is in desperate need of her inheritance, and so is Grayson, who just got out of prison and is trying to revive his dads dying winery. In the beginning, Kira and Grayson kind of hate each other because of misconceptions, but in the book, we see them get closer and fall in love. This book had fun and silly moments, but it also touched on serious issues that the main characters had gone through. I loved Kira, she was a great fmc, Grayson was good as well, but some of his choices and actions were not great, even though I did understand why he did them. The side characters were so lovable and were a great addition to the story, <br/><br/>Overall this was such a sweet and lovely read, this was my first read by Mia Sheridan, and I will definitely be checking out more of her books. <br/><br/>Thank you, Bloom Books and Netgalley, for this arc for an honest review.<br/><br/>Rating: 4.5/5"
