"A cop procedural with a twist. Aimed at older readers this tells the struggles of police in Gotham as the try to do their jobs in a city where a supervillain could wipe them out at any moment. It is appropriately dark, dramatic and occasionally gorey. The art reflects this messy reality by being a bit messier and darker then other comic works. It’s not a part of the current dc comics universe."
