"A very enjoyable read that is primarily about the power of waking up at 5 AM but in reality, the book is all about leading yourself first. This book is packed with insights that should be taught in school so that so many people don’t get misconceptions of what leadership is. I think this would be a great book for a leadership team to read together."
"When I started reading I figured the story being told was just an intro. But then it kept going. I skimmed ahead and realized the story was the book. And what an awful story. I'm not sure why the author felt this was the best way of getting the information out. I think hw was trying for a modern allegory/The Alchemist, but this made me cringe and groan. No wonder I don't get up at 5am if this is what happens. <br/><br/>The actual "help" is fairly slim and could've been a blog post--The 20/20/20 Formula: give yourself an hour, alone, in the morning to get some form of exercise, meditation/reflection and finally engage in some learning."
