A teen girl gets the perfect second try at a first kiss in this hilarious, romp-filled young adult romantic comedy perfect for fans of Jenna Evans Welch and Hallmark Christmas movies.Francie was born in a stable. Really. Granted, it was the deluxe model with the light-up star on the roof, one of the many Christmas items for sale at her family’s Hollydale Holiday Shop. Their holiday gift empire also includes the Santa School, which was founded by Francie’s beloved grandpa, who recently passed away. Francie’s always loved working in the shop, but lately Aunt Carole has been changing everything with her ideas for too-slick, Hollywood-inspired Santas and horrible holiday-themed employee uniforms. Aunt Carole’s vision will ruin all the charm and nostalgia Francie loves about her family’s business…unless she does something about it. But this winter is about more than preserving the magic of Christmas. Francie is saving up for a car and angling to kiss the cute boy who works at the tree lot next door—hopefully it will be good enough to wipe her fiasco of a first kiss from her memory. As the weather outside gets more and more frightful, can Francie pull off the holiday of her dreams?

"3.5⭐
Very cute and very clean! It was a little immature for my taste, definitely on the younger side of YA, but I feel like this would be the perfect Christmas book for a younger teenager. Think Hallmark vibes, but the main characters are teenagers rather than adults. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a cute, wholesome, Christmas time romance!"
"A quick and fun read for the holiday season!"

"3.5 stars - Talk Santa to Me definitely delivers on the holiday cheer! It would be impossible to miss the fact that this book was written with Christmas in mind. I think it’s a perfect read for the winter season if you like Hallmark movies. There were a couple things I was a little dissatisfied by. Ultimately, I wish there had been more romance. The ARC copy I received was marketed as YA Romance and I think it fell short on that front. There was a lot more focus on the family business and family relationships in this novel, which would fit perfectly into the YA Contemporary genre. I also thought the drama with the aunt did not reach a conclusion that was satisfactory. In fact, even with all the build up there really wasn’t any confrontation at all and it felt like the reader was just supposed to forget it was brought up at all. Yet it was a driving force for our main characters actions throughout the book.

Thank you to Edelweiss for the advanced copy in exchange for an honest review."

"Two stars. I would recommend it for preteens. Few parts were funny but eh not my thing."
