"This was interesting in parts. The backstory was interesting, but you can tell there is a lot more going on than what is crammed into these pages. Maybe they should have done a few more books instead of trying to explain the backstory awkwardly. Gaiman does a great job, as do the artists, but I feel it could have been more."
"I think the Eternals have always been a hard sell, and as much as I enjoy Gaiman's work, I fear he doesn't sell them here. The story is very slowly paced, doing in seven issues what could have easily been done in three, and most of the characters aren't very interesting. Very disappointing."
