"I think I liked the main characters? It was hard to tell because they weren’t super well developed. I feel like I don’t know who Vanessa and Michael are outside of each other. There was lots of sex and not much emotional development which also made the romance feel a bit sparse. Some aspects also reminded me of The Boyfriend Project by Farrah Rochon which was odd and took me out of the story a bit. I didn’t necessarily dislike the book, it just wasn’t a stand out to me. Other’s might enjoy the pace and themes though, I did enjoy those pieces!<br/><br/>Thank you to the publisher for the advanced copy in exchange for an honest review."
