It's not a winter wonderland, but the holidays are always special in small town Park Cove, Florida. This year has the chance to be even more memorable. When a big time magazine offers an incentive of $100,000 for the most festive, best decorated store on the busy local avenue, bookstore owner Bridget Boylston is eager for the jolly task. The gleam of a potentially very merry Christmas fades quickly, though, when she finds out they have paired her with her grumpy next door shop neighbor, Theo Gardner, for the competition. Bridget is certain their plan is heading for disaster until Theo slowly inches into her life. He takes Bridget to find the perfect Christmas trees, helps hang colorful lights, and introduces her to his daughter. And, what's worse, he's devastating when he smiles, showing Bridget there's more to the Grinch than meets the eye.As the contest heats up, so do Bridget and Theo. Their theme might be 'Home for the Holidays, ' but along the way they learn home might be a person, too.

"Reading a book where a main character has the same name as my dog was quite interesting although, I don’t think dog Theo and book Theo compare. This is Chelsea’s third published book this year and all three of them have been absolutely wonderful! I loved that the book featured disabilities and brought awareness to the fact. I think it isn’t seen as much in books, so I always feel good when I find one that mentions anything regarding mental health, medication, wheelchairs, etc. Also — I want to own Bridget’s bookstore as it sounds absolutely magnificent. There were definitely some characters in this book that I can see possibly getting their own stories (Polly and Chase?, Skylar and Theo’s coach friend?, Lucy and Bridget’s brother?, maybe even Chandler and Lucas??) With the kindle app showing that this is book one in the Park Cove series, I’m definitely hopeful for more from Chelsea!"
