"What the **** happened?<br/><br/>Either Sophie Lark hired a ghostwriter for this book or she had a personality transplant before she started this one.<br/><br/>Cause wow...<br/><br/>This was MILES better than anything I have read from her so far, and mind you, I read the whole Brutal Birthright series, plus the 2 first books that came before this one, and NONE of them, and I mean NONE of them were as good as this one...<br/><br/>This is the best couple Sophie Lark has written. I didn't know she had it in her! The chemistry between Dean and Cat was terrific!<br/><br/>Best hero AND heroine as well.<br/><br/>And also her best plot/story.<br/><br/>If she was capable of this all this time, why hadn't she done this with all her previous work?<br/><br/>I am part frustrated and part happy to give this the 3 stars it deserves."
