"Mike Rowe, host of Dirty Jobs and many other things, wrote this book that is really more of a collection of essays. In some ways, it’s like a creative nonfiction book. Unfortunately for me, it was disappointing. It was just hard to follow and the vast majority of his stories were people I havent heard of, which matters to his punch lines. I think if you were born pre 1980 you’d enjoy much more. I was really hoping he’d talk more about success in life and how much things have changed in today’s modern world (sadly) because I’ve heard him speak on this often but it just didn’t happen in this book."
