"The Young elite: ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5<br/>The Rose Society: ⭐️⭐️⭐️.5<br/>The Midnight Star: ⭐️⭐️⭐️<br/>Average: 3.33<br/><br/>This is the final book in the young elite series. It is a good ending but not really a strong one. <br/><br/>i’ll start with the good things. The characters were good. It was great seeing everyone team up: old and new characters, and also a villain; in order to accomplish a common goal. It was entertaining to see Adelina’s Anti-hero journey. I liked the complicated sister relationship as the whispers caused Adelina to go crazy. <br/><br/>I don’t think enough has happened for Adelina to be redeemed. She is more of a complicated person than a bad one. It is easy to sympathies with her, so it is easy to forget that she killed a lot of people (or at least did actions that led to there death). There should of been more scenes of her connecting to the Daggers or little moments with her sister. <br/><br/>The only other issue is a pacing. It felt like the book should of at least been 100 more pages. At times the journey felt rushed. <br/><br/>Plus there wasn’t enough time spend on what happends afterwards. How does the people react? How do they stay in power? I am not sure how I like the new queen. We didn’t get to see her build skills for leading. Also, what deal did Violette make with the god? It doesn’t say what Violette gave up but it saids that she made a deal. Everyone’s ending I didn’t find that satisfying or more build to it."

"Heartfelt, amazing, and beautiful. <br/>This book completes the trilogy in a way no other book can. It rounds out the story, and Adelina’s redemption is beautiful. Marie did an astounding job with this last installment. Would 100% recommend."
