"This may have been the best book since the first two. We get some of the humor and some of the sparks that have gone off throughout the series, but we get a closer look at the vet office and the hijinks that ensue when two people come together after having a one night stand and never expecting to see each other again. I really loved this part of it. Wyatt was fun and teasing and serious when needed. He was never inappropriate or unprofessional when it came to treating his patients or dealing with their owners. He had fun with Emily, in private, for the most part. They did get carried away sometimes but who could help it?!

Ah, Emily. I felt bad for this girl. She had this internal struggle almost the entire book. She might not have known she was struggling, but the reader could tell. She was conflicted after her first week at work. Would she really leave Sunshine and go back to LA? I can understand this, dreams and plans turning to ashes with a thought. That can be scary. But I loved watching her try to deal with it, the heartache and decisions. Watching her decide what would be her happily ever after. Sometimes it just happens despite what plans we've made. Loved it.

I loved this, being in the vet and getting to see all the other characters that have come before. Great book."
