"I have to prefix this with that I love most J R Thorn books.<br/>But this left me.. angry and unsatisfied.<br/><br/>The book itself is short but it feels like a filler with a tiny bit of story. This short book could have been two chapters.<br/><br/>And we spend so much time in characters heads. There is so little dialogue going on and while that can work. It didn't feel like it did for me.<br/><br/>The premises is so good. I am just so angry because this could have been so much more.<br/>It feels like I waited forever for this book and now I kinda wish I hadn't read it.<br/><br/>I hate writing negative reviews for authors I seriously enjoy reading normally."
"I love the world building and the FMC but I hate the Alpha and his second. Honestly never gonna forgive either of them and the whole Heiarchy in the book is crap. Really hope the author make those two grovel at some point but even then I would probably still hate them. I've only read the first two books but I think it's only gonna get worse for the FMC AHHHHHHH😭😖"
